Welcome to the site of Specialized Sewing. We are pleased that you have taken the time to review the work that we perform as an independent tailoring establishment. Also because we are a sole proprietorship; our staff can suggest fashion design options while at the same time negotiate with you the lowest cost for the work to be performed.
Specialized Sewing started as business in Shoppers World Brampton mall in the latter part of 2003. The vision came about when two families already equipped with the skills, saw the need to provide a fashion design oriented business for the Brampton community. The idea was to offer customers a venue to create their own clothing designs or even those worn by the movie stars; and many including countless students have grabbed the opportunity to create their unique dress designs for their PROM. We have also outfitted many brides and grooms; but the bulk of our work is still in clothing alterations.
If there is one thing that makes us special and allows us to stand out from other sewing establishments; it is the skilled designers and seamstresses. Together they are capable of transforming any poor fitting clothing outfit into a well fitted marvellous showpiece which evokes joy and satisfaction from the numerous customers that have had this experience. This is normally accomplished by adding to the existing outfit and sometimes re-creating it totally.
